Meet: Anna Hollander
Massage
I graduated from the Swedish Institute, College of Health Sciences, in 1994 with an associate degree in Massage Therapy.
I've spent the last 29+ years working in a variety of settings practicing different techniques, such as swedish massage. ashiatsu (foot pressure), deep-tissue massage, trigger-point therapy, myofascial release, therapeutic, healing massage and cupping. I’ve worked in day spas, health clubs, chiropractic offices, resorts, and hospitals.
I specialize in healing therapeutic massage to help athletes, ranging from ballet dancers to body builders, and non-athletes, from hospital patients to students. I help clients recover from muscle soreness, scar tissue, and surgery. Massage also soothes everyday stress and tightness. Above all, I help my clients achieve a general sense of well-being through healing touch.
